YadisTech ("we") is a technology services business based in Odessa, Texas. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — your name, email, phone number and the answers you provide when you book a call or request a quote, or when you email us.
- Basic technical data — standard server and security logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated when you visit the site.
How we use it
To reply to you, schedule and hold the call you requested, prepare proposals, deliver the services you hire us for, and keep normal business records. That's it.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't use third-party analytics that profile you.
Services we rely on
- Cloudflare — protects and serves this website and our booking page, and may set security cookies for that purpose.
- Our own scheduling platform — bookings are handled on servers we run ourselves; confirmed appointments are added to our business calendar (Google Calendar).
- Our email provider — handles mail you send to our @yadistech.com addresses.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to serve you and to meet normal business and legal record-keeping — for example, signed agreements and the correspondence around them.
Your choices
Email us at [email protected] to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted where we're not required to keep it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
